We all have family and friends who do incredible things in the community. And, sometimes, it doesn'tĀ get the recognition it deserves.

Here's your chance to say thank you!

With awards in sports, arts, community and more, we want to know who you think deserves a nomination for their achievements in East Auckland.

Nominations close November 9. Anyone can put a nomination in!Ā Youth between theĀ ages 12 and 24 are eligible for awards.

Applications for the Youth Council

The Howick Youth Council is recruiting for 2020.Ā As much as being part of the youth council is about serving our community, it's also an incredible opportunity for personal growth.

Weā€™ve begun accepting open seat applications for young people aged between 12 and 24 who live, learn or work in the Howick Ward. If youā€™re passionate about our goal to represent, develop and connect all young people in East Auckland, apply through this link.

You better get in quick asĀ applications will be closing on Friday at 11:59pm.
